24/7 AI receptionist for plumbers, HVAC, electricians, locksmiths, and restoration contractors
Stop missing the calls that pay the bills.
A calm, branded voice picks up every call — yours, in English or Spanish. Sorts the emergency from the tomorrow-job and texts your tech with everything they need, before the caller hangs up.
No credit card required. Cancel any time during the trial — no charge.
Every call answered — day or night, in English or Spanish. No voicemail, no overseas call center.
Built by operators who've answered the phone at 11pm — not by a call-center vendor.

Triage that knows a leak from a flood.
Asks the same questions your dispatcher would — tuned for your trade and your service area.
Calm, branded voice — English or Spanish.
Opens with your business name. Matches the caller's language. Recording and AI disclosure upfront, every call.
Tech gets the job before the caller hangs up.
A text to the right tech with the summary, address, and a one-tap dashboard link. Premium escalates through your on-call rotation if no one responds.
For mitigation and restoration contractors
Win the call that wins the job. Every loss. Even at 2am.
When a pipe bursts or a fire hits at 2am, the property owner calls down the list until someone picks up. Carriers and the programs that refer restoration work expect a fast response — and the contractor who answers and gets moving first is usually the one who keeps the job and the relationship.
The problem is never the tech. The problem is the phone. No one answered because it was 2am and the on-call chain was a group chat.

Frequently asked
Answers
How is this different from an answering service?
Answering services type a message and email it to you. The AI here actually walks the caller through your triage tree, asks the questions a dispatcher would, classifies the priority, and texts your tech with the dispatch — usually before the caller has hung up. No human needed in the loop unless your caller asks for one.
Will my customers know it's an AI?
Yes — the agent says so in the opening line of every call. It's required by California law and is the right thing to do. In our experience, what callers care about most is that the conversation is calm, useful, and ends with a confirmation text.
What happens if the AI gets confused or the caller wants a human?
If a caller would rather not talk to the AI, they can say "voicemail" at any point — the assistant invites them to leave a message, stays quiet while they speak, and the message lands on your dashboard with the call. The same goes for callers who say "human", "person", or "agent": rather than leave them stuck with the AI, the assistant takes a message for you to return.
Will it ever quote a price or commit to an arrival time?
No. That is a hard guardrail in the system prompt — non-negotiable, non-overrideable. The AI uses only the timeline phrases you configure ("tonight if possible", "first thing tomorrow"), and tells callers a tech will confirm pricing on site.
How do I forward my existing number?
It depends on your tier. Starter uses *71 (forward only when busy or no-answer); Pro uses *72 (forward all). Premium ports your existing number to us — typical 7–14 day window — so your number stays the same and customers notice nothing.
What about TCPA, recording consent, and text-message opt-out?
Recording disclosure is played on every call (we don't geo-detect — simpler and safer). Text-message opt-in is collected by a separate affirmative verbal "yes" near the end of the call — the full step-by-step opt-in process is published at ihatemissingcalls.com/sms-consent. The confirmation text includes "Reply STOP to opt out". Every opt-in and opt-out is logged with full evidence (call identifier, prompt version, verbatim caller response). Built for TCPA discovery defense from day one.
Does it sync with my Google or Outlook calendar?
Today, you see your jobs on your phone with a private read-only subscribe link you add to Google, Apple, or Outlook Calendar — your jobs show up and stay updated, and the link can never change anything in your own calendar. Two-way sync, where the system writes jobs directly into your Google or Outlook calendar, is in development and not running yet. Important: the AI never reads your calendar and never books or confirms a specific appointment time — it relays only the timeline phrases you configure (like "first thing tomorrow"), and a person confirms the exact time.
Does this work for restoration and mitigation contractors?
Yes — and it's particularly valuable for that vertical. After-hours loss calls go to whoever answers and mobilizes first, and the carriers and programs that refer restoration work expect a fast response. The Premium plan's on-call rotation and automatic fallback chain means your 2am calls get dispatched immediately, with escalation to a backup if the first tech doesn't respond, without anyone having to wake up and manage a group chat.
